Since 1989, Winston Hills Sports Club has been providing funding for junior sport through its auxiliary sporting bodies. 

The Sports Club's funding has provided:

• coach, umpire, referee & administrator education
• assistance for members who represent NSW or Australia
• capital equipment purchases
• infrastructure upgrades to Gooden Reserve & Max Ruddock Reserve
• insurance premiums
• contributions to local schools, charities & other sporting bodies

The Sports Club's investments pay for the following insurances so that the auxiliaries do not have to:

• public liability
• directors & officers liability
• equipment & cash replacement
• accidental death cover
• sporting injuries cover
